1. AutoAssist – Smarter Note Customization
With AutoAssist, you can now interact directly with AutoScribe’s AI through an open text box, giving you more control over how your notes are structured. AutoAssist allows you to:
- Request direct quotes from the transcript.
- Adjust the note layout to match your preferences.
- Reorganize notes into specific formats, like a sick note for a patient’s job.
Say goodbye to manually rearranging information—AutoAssist helps you maximize efficiency and get the most out of your encounters with ease.
2. Custom Template Requests – Tailor Your Notes to Your Needs
We’ve made it easier than ever to request custom note templates!
- Navigate to your Profile in AutoScribe and scroll to the bottom.
- Paste your desired template into the free text box.
- Press "Save", and we’ll take care of the rest!
Custom template requests are processed within 24-48 hours, so you can have your preferred formats ready in no time.
3. Note Template Defaults & Favorites – Work Faster
You can now personalize your workflow by:
- Setting your default note template.
- Marking frequently used templates as favorites for quick access.
To set this up, go to your Profile, scroll down, and click “Select Note Template.” Choose your default and favorite templates, and don’t forget to hit "Save" at the bottom of the window.
